Q3 2018 Relocation Report

Q3 was another record breaking period for Corporate Relocations. In that period we relocated 153 staff from Europe, Africa, Latin America, North America & Oceania. This was an increase of 14% from Q2.

The challenge of finding accommodation continues but remarkably the average time between arrival in Dublin and moving to permanent accommodation has reduced from 23 days in Q2 to 13 days in Q3.

The average rent remained similar with an average rent in Q3 at €1684 compared to €1647 in Q2.

Finance remained the dominant sector for relocating staff with over 70% of assignee's working in Finance.
